About Vintage Parenting

Hello! My name is Lisa Stilwell and I began Vintage Parenting in 2023 as a certifed parenting coach. I am currently a parenting coach expert at ParentGuru, a middle school mathematics teacher, and a cycle class instructor. I hold a parenting coach certification through the John Rosemond Leadership Parenting Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton, and a Master's Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. My professional experiences include lead school-age teacher at a local daycare, general classroom teacher at both public and private schools, and coaching both academic and youth sports teams.  

My husband (also a teacher) and I reside in Dayton, Ohio, along with our two high school-aged daughters.  In our spare time, we enjoy  being active, finding the humor in everyday life, and practicing patience with our rescue dog, Schroeder.
